1) Either email us at givebacktogo@gmail.com a summary (max 350 words) of what winning this would mean to you and how you would use it OR email us a link to a video on YouTube (Private or Public) of you talking about what this would mean to you and how you would use it.
2) Email us proof of a monetary donation to a 501C3 horse related charity, IN ANY AMOUNT, and then your application will be complete!!
